1. What we collect
- Information you send via WhatsApp: voice notes, text messages, photos, and the data extracted from them (amounts, categories, dates, counterparties).
- Account information: phone number, email, and business profile details (such as business name and home-office percentage) collected during setup.
- Usage data: how you interact with the dashboard and bot, for support and product improvement.
2. How we use it
- To log, categorize, and estimate deductions and tax reserves for your financial entries.
- To generate and update your dashboard and your downloadable spreadsheet.
- To provide support and improve the Service.
- We do not use your financial data to train third-party AI models beyond what's needed to process your requests.
3. Where your data lives
Your financial records are stored on our secure servers (Supabase-hosted infrastructure). You can download a spreadsheet copy at any time from your dashboard or by asking Talia on WhatsApp. As of this version of the Service, data is not synced to a personal Google Drive account.
4. Third parties
We use trusted infrastructure providers (e.g., WhatsApp Business API, our database provider, cloud hosting, payment processors) to operate the Service. We never sell your personal or financial data to advertisers or data brokers.
5. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account data at any time. You can also download your spreadsheet whenever you want.
6. Data retention
We keep your account data while your subscription is active, plus a limited period afterward for legal and support purposes, unless you request earlier deletion.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect your data. No system is 100% secure.
8. Children's privacy
The Service is intended for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18.
9. Changes to this policy
We'll notify users of material changes to this policy via WhatsApp or email.
