1. Accepting these terms
When you use Talia Helps ("the Service") through WhatsApp or our dashboard, you agree to these terms. If they don't work for you, please don't use the Service.
2. What the Service does
Talia Helps lets you log income, expenses, and financial notes by sending voice notes, text, or photos on WhatsApp. We suggest a category for each entry (including IRS-related categories such as Schedule C lines) with an estimated deduction percentage, and we organize everything in a dashboard and a spreadsheet you can download at any time.
3. Not tax, legal, or financial advice
Talia Helps is an organizational and estimation tool. The categories we suggest and the deduction and tax-reserve estimates we show are informational only. They are not tax, legal, or financial advice, and they are not guaranteed to be accurate for your specific situation. Deductibility depends on your individual facts and circumstances. You are responsible for verifying every figure with a licensed professional before filing taxes or making financial decisions. Talia Helps does not calculate your final tax liability.
4. Your account and your data
Your financial data is stored on our secure infrastructure. You own your data at all times, and you can download your spreadsheet whenever you want. Talia Helps never sells your information to third parties. (Note: as of this version, data is not synced to a personal Google Drive or similar third-party storage account, it is available to you as a downloadable file.)
5. Subscription and billing
Plans are billed monthly or yearly, as chosen at signup. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. First-time subscribers are covered by our 7-day refund guarantee.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service lawfully. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer the Service or access other users' data.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is." Talia Helps is not liable for financial losses, missed or incorrectly estimated deductions, tax penalties, or damages arising from reliance on the Service's estimates or category suggestions. Deduction percentages shown are general estimates and may not reflect your actual eligible deduction.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated version.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
